[中文]>一、运营维护承包人应在生产准备期和运营期内应依照契约计划表1列明的工作范围提供服务。术语“生产准备期”是指依据总承包合同（“临时验收合格证”）的规定在BOT公司出具临时验收合格证之前的时间段，而术语“运行期”是指依照BOT合同的定义生产准备期结束后运营期结束之前的时间段。

>修理并维护2×620百万瓦特单位的设备设施；

>关于主要和辅助设备及系统的维护，临时检修和修理，定期检查和修理，应急修理和技术革新（单个项目少于50个工作日），阶段性大修和小修；为修理和维护提供必备消耗品；

> (2)

>电气仪表、继电保护装置、高压电试验、通信设备及远动装置的值班管理、检查、修理和日常管理；热电式仪表和电工测量工具的标准测量室、电力继电保护实验室和金相实验室的日常管理；土木建筑维护的日常管理；

>(3)

>来煤和来煤样品的常规管理；

>(4) 普通机械处理；(5)

>专门设备维护；(6)

>为BOT公司能量输出计量系统的检查提供协助；

>(7)灰池与灰烬运输的管理；(8)

>绿化养护；(9)清洁；(10)

>办公场所及设施的常规管理（包括餐厅、公寓等）；

>(11)小型土木工程项目（少于50个工作日）；

[外文]>1.The O&M Contractor shall provide services for the Production Preparation Period and the Operation Period in accordance with the scope of work set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. The term “Production Preparation Period” means the period before the date of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate issued by the BOT Company under the EPC Contract (the “Provisional Acceptance Certificate”), and the term “Operation Period” means the period following the end of the Production Preparation Period and until the end of the Term of Operation as defined in the BOT Contract.

>repair and maintenance of the equipment and facilities of 2×620MW units

>(A)

>maintenance, ad hoc inspection and repair, regular inspection and repair, emergency repair and technical renovation (less than 50 man-days for an individual item) and Intermittent Overhaul and Minor Overhaul under the PPA with regard to main and auxiliary equipment and system; provision of consumables necessary for the repair and maintenance (to be listed by the parties later in discussion);

>(B)

>duty management, inspection, repair and routine management of electric instruments, relay protection equipment, high voltage test, communication equipment and telemechanical apparatus; routine management of standard measuring room of thermal meter and electric instruments, electric relay protection labs and metallographical labs; routine management of maintenance of civil works;

>(C)

>routine management of incoming coal and incoming coal sampling;

>(D) general mechanical treatment; (E)

>equipment specialized maintenance; (F)

>provision of assistance to the BOT Company in checking of the energy output metering system;

>(G) management of the ash ponds and transportation of the ash; (H)

>greening maintenance; (I) cleaning; (J)

>routine management of office space, housing facilities (including canteen, apartment, etc.);

>(K) small-size civil engineering project (less than 50 man-days);
